Rehabilitation Services

Services include:

• Subacute rehabilitation
• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Physical, speech and language, and occupational therapy
• Cardiac rehabilitation
• Stroke and neurological rehabilitation
• Generalized deconditioning due to acute or chronic illness
• Other medical conditions such as:
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Injuries and illness
  • Arthritis and related conditions
  • Chronic pain

We also offer Outpatient Therapy; specialized clinics for sports enthusiasts such as golfers, runners, bicyclists, and skiers; and wellness programs, including cardiac wellness, at Greenfield Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic and Wellness Center.
