Subacute Care
We provide long-term skilled nursing care, as well as subacute care for people recovering for people recovering from surgery, injury, or other medical conditions. In addition to medical care, emphasis is placed on quality of life and spiritual and emotional support, as well as medical care.
Residents receive specialized care to help them achieve as complete a recovery as possible. Most of these residents are recovering from surgery, wounds, injuries or other medical conditions.
Working closely with their physicians and therapists, specific programs are designed so that each individual has the opportunity to maximize his or her potential. Our social services department helps with discharge planning and arranging for community services and any special equipment they may require.
