Skilled Nursing

We provide long-term skilled nursing care, as well as subacute care for people recovering from surgery, injury, or other medical conditions. In addition to medical care, emphasis is placed on quality of life, and spiritual and emotional support.

Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care

Residents receive the unique day-to-day care they require so that they can live out their years with dignity and the highest possible quality of life available to them. Admission to the Niagara Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center is the beginning of a new life for many of our residents. We take great care to make an attractive, homelike environment, and we encourage our residents to socialize.

We welcome their loved ones to spend quality time with them. Anniversaries, birthdays and other special celebrations are encouraged.

Subacute Care

Subacute patients receive specialized care to help them achieve as complete a recovery as possible from surgery, wounds, injuries or other medical conditions.

Working closely with their physicians and therapists, specific programs are designed so that each patient has the opportunity to maximize his or her potential. Our social services department helps with discharge planning and arranging for community services and any special equipment they may require.
