Our skilled nursing residents receive the unique day-to-day services they require so that they can live the highest possible quality of life available to them, with dignity. Admission to GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center is the beginning of a new life for many of them. We take great care to make an attractive, homelike environment, and we encourage our residents to socialize. We welcome their loved ones to spend quality time with them.
