Careers

Since 1896, the affiliates of the Niagara Lutheran Health System have demonstrated total commitment to the highest standards of caring and serving people of all faiths and walks of life. Our staff is dedicated to providing the best care and services possible in an atmosphere of dignity, concern and respect. This tradition of excellence has been carried forward at The GreenFields Continuing Care Community as well. The Niagara Lutheran Health System is a non-discriminating, not-for-profit organization. We provide employment opportunities and quality health care and services to people of all faiths and walks of life. We believe that all people should be able to live with dignity, respect and in comfort.

We are dedicated to a culture of customer service, and every member of the staff becomes involved through our People First Customer Service Program.

Best Places to Work

The Niagara Lutheran Health System was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Western New York for 2007 by Buffalo Business First newspaper and Quantum Market Research. Niagara Lutheran was recognized with this honor based on the responses from surveys which were anonymously completed by many Health System employees and mailed to Quantum Market Research for scoring. The survey responses were analyzed by Quantum, and each company's score is an indication of how 'engaged' their employees are with their company. We are extremely pleased and humbled that so many of our employees took the time to tell Quantum Research how they feel about Niagara Lutheran. We offer opportunities for personal and professional advancement, such as CNA Training at The GreenFields Training Center in Lancaster. Niagara Lutheran Home & Rehabilitation Center hosts Erie 1 BOCES classes for LPN Training.
